By booking an appointment with Shakti, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

Code of Ethics:

1. Shakti tries to offer clients positive direction and guidance. Our main goal is to empower the client and help them find practical and empowering course of action.
2. Shakti’s Tarot readers / Healers will keep everything a client says and everything that is revealed in a reading 100% confidential, unless the situation is possibly life-threatening. This is a safe space where you can share your problems without hesitation.
3. Shakti readings are non-judgmental, and we welcome clients of all cultures, religions, spiritual paths and sexual orientations. We do not judge anyone their lifestyle or opinions.
4. Shakti Online will not do a reading to see what someone other than the client is doing or feeling, nor will they do a reading for anyone under 18 years old.
5. A tarot professional cannot predict the future with certainty and you should not rely on a tarot reading to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. You should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional in case your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine. Shakti is not a licenced Mental health service, nor Psychotherapy; it is a spiritual wellbeing consulting to help you live your best life.
6. Shakti Team will do the readings to the best of their ability and conduct it with an openness and honesty.
7. Our Team constantly strives to improve their Tarot reading skills, and always strive to learn and grow.
8. We have the best intention for the client while doing the reading. We will never cause harm or deceive and will always have your best interests at heart.
9. Shakti reserves the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that they feel they cannot answer, or one that goes against this Code of Ethics.
10. All payments are to be done before the appointment via online payment.
